After edging Palm Beach Gardens Thursday to win the District 9-9A championship, Jupiter took over the No. 3 spot in the Miracle Sports Florida High School Softball State Poll released Monday.
The Warriors (24-3) also moved into the No. 10 spot in the All Classification Poll. Jupiter will host District 10-9A runner-up Boca Raton Wednesday in a regional quarterfinal.

Palm Beach Gardens (23-4) holds the No. 7 ranking in Class 9A, while Park Vista (18-5) is one spot behind at No. 8. The Cobras will host the Gators in a regional quarterfinal matchup Wednesday.
Wellington moved into the No. 8 spot in the Class 8A state poll. The Wolverines (18-9) defeated Royal Palm Beach last week to claim the District 12-8A championship.
Also earning state rankings this week are Suncoast (No. 7, Class 6A), American Heritage (No. 2, Class 4A) and Grandview Prep (No. 4, Class 2A). All three won their respective district championships last week.
Six other Palm Beach County teams received votes in this week’s poll. They are: Dwyer (Class 7A), Spanish River (Class 8A), Royal Palm Beach (Class 8A), West Boca Raton (Class 7A), Oxbridge Academy (Class 4A) and Lake Worth Christian (Class 2A).
All will compete this week in regional competition.
