Unbeaten Seminole Ridge continues to hold the top spot in the Florida High School Girls Flag Football Joe Pinkos Power Ratings released Monday.
Five Palm Beach County teams earned state rankings in flag football this week.
The Hawks (9-0) totaled 91.9 points in Class 2A, good for a 6.3-point advantage over No. 2 Tampa-Plant. Orange Park-Fleming Island is No. 3, followed by Tampa-Alonso and Miami High.
Lake Worth (10-0) is No. 8 in Class 2A, while John I. Leonard (7-1) is No. 11, Park Vista (6-2) is No. 20, and Jupiter (6-2) is No. 24.
Glades Central (9-1) is No. 15 in Class 1A. The top spot goes to Tampa-Robinson, followed by Tallahassee-Godby, Coconut Creek, Fort Pierce Westwood and Tallahassee-Chiles.
Joe Pinkos’ Power Ratings are calculated using a formula based on strength of opposition and margin of victory.
