District play is over, and one week remains in the regular season.

Dwyer (in white) and Forest Hill hold the Nos. 1 and 4 spots, respectively, in this week’s Post Top 10. The Panthers and Falcons could meet again in next week’s District 13-8A tournament. (Andres Leiva/Palm Beach Post)

Dwyer clinched the top seed in next week’s District 13-8A tournament with a win over Forest Hill Tuesday, while Lake Worth and Wellington also earned the No. 1 seeds in their Class 9A districts.

We’ll have a preview of all the district tournaments involving area teams this weekend.

As for this week, the Wolverines continued to stay perfect, notching two more wins to improve to 23-0. Wellington held on to its No. 2 spot, just behind the No. 1 Panthers.

Lake Worth maintained the No. 3 spot, while the Falcons stayed put at No. 4 despite dropping two close games – both to top 3 teams. Atlantic moved into the No. 5 spot.

Inlet Grove, Spanish River, Palm Beach Lakes, Santaluces and Suncoast round out the top 10.

The Rams moved back into the rankings after winning their fifth straight game Saturday.

2. Wellington (23-0)
3. Lake Worth (20-1)
4. Forest Hill (19-3)
5. Atlantic (13-9)
6. Inlet Grove (17-7)
7. Spanish River (15-6)
8. Palm Beach Lakes (11-6)
9. Santaluces (15-7)
10. Suncoast (14-7)
Also considered: Grandview Prep (17-2); Palm Beach Central (15-8); St. Andrew’s (16-6); Saint John Paul II Academy (18-3); Jupiter Christian (19-4); Oxbridge Academy (14-8); Benjamin (15-8).

This week’s best games:

No. 9 Santaluces (15-7) at No. 4 Forest Hill (19-3), 7:30 p.m. Friday: This non-district contest closes the season for both the Chiefs and Falcons, who are expected to challenge for championships in their respective district tournaments. Forest Hill dropped a pair of close games last week, both to teams ranked in the top 3. The Falcons held a third-quarter lead against No. 1 Dwyer, and lost a 75-72 decision to No. 3 Lake Worth on Friday. The Chiefs have dropped their past two games after earning a big district win over Boca Raton Jan. 26.

No. 8 Palm Beach Lakes (11-6) at No. 5 Atlantic (13-9), 7 p.m. Saturday: The Rams close a difficult regular-season schedule with a tough non-district opponent in the Eagles. Atlantic has won three in a row, including a pair of big district wins over Spanish River and Boca Raton. Palm Beach Lakes, meanwhile, has won five straight, and jumped from unranked to the No. 8 spot in this week’s top 10. Palm Beach Lakes will have plenty of momentum going into the District 13-8A tournament. The Rams hold the third seed, and expect them – as usual – to challenge No. 1 Dwyer, as well as No. 4 Forest Hill.
