5:00 p.m.
King’s Academy celebrated its undefeated football season during National Signing Day. The Lions went 11-0 in 2016 and won the Southeastern Football Conference championship.
Signing national letters of intent for King’s Academy Wednesday included running back Jared Kirkpatrick, who signed with Southeastern; and lineman Alex Brown, who signed with Stetson.
The school also celebrated the boys golf team’s national championship. The Lions won the Antigua National High School Invitational in Scottsdale, Ariz., in September.
1:20 p.m.
FAMU has added four Palm Beach athletes so far today, including a trio of player from Dwyer High School. Pahokee defensive tackle Bryan Crawford will join Dwyer’s Levon Barnett, Emmanuel Yisrael and Antawn Lewis in Tallahassee next season.

Two football players were expected to sign national letters of intent in a ceremony at Boynton Beach on Wednesday. Players expected to be in attendance were defensive back George Hunter, No. 19 on the Post’s Big Board, and defensive back Endrickson Boucher, No. 24 on the Big Board. Boucher had previously committed to FAU but re-opened his recruitment after the November dismissal of former coach Charlie Partridge.
Gymnast Lea Mitchell — who is headed to Michigan State — was the only Boynton athlete to sign.

Palm Beach Lakes football players Arnesio Rosado and Zion Edmonds have signed with Hampton University.
10:30 a.m.
Spanish River is proud to announce the following signings!
Soccer player Isabella Santini will continue her college career Nova Southeastern, while football players Dimitrius Hirsch (Ave Maria) and Ryan Veingrad (University of Michigan) have also signed.
9:30 a.m.
Four Palm Beach Gardens High School players signed Wednesday. They are Eli Mathews (Keiser); Cam Cerbone (Heidelburg University); Jacob Birmelin (Princeton); and Amari Carter (UM).
9 a.m.
News from Park Vista, where football player Jordan Jackson has signed his LOI to play for the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
Also soccer star Bryse Boyer has signed to play for Florida Institute of Technology.
7:55 a.m.
Just minutes after Daley tweeted out his signing, Florida State tweeted out Glades Central quarterback James Blackman’s official signing.
Blackman, a three-star recruit and the No. 18 pro-style passer in the country, according to 247Sports, will have his signing ceremony at Glades Central this afternoon.
Also signing early today were American Heritage DE/TE Noah Curtis and OLB Jamal Gates, both with FIU.
7:50 a.m.
The No. 2 player in the county, Suncoast’s K’Jakyre Daley, announced he had signed with Oklahoma.
7:00 a.m.
Palm Beach Gardens linebacker VanDarius Cowan, the No. 1 player on the Post’s Class of 2017 Big Board, will sign his national letter of intent at 2:30 p.m. in-studio at ESPN West Palm. The ceremony originally had been scheduled for later this afternoon at Duffy’s on Northlake Blvd.
6 a.m.
Today’s highlights include signing ceremonies for four of the Post’s top five players on the Class of 2017 Big Board.
In addition to Cowan, No. 2 K’Jakyre Daley of Suncoast is expected to sign with Oklahoma in a morning ceremony on campus; and No. 5 James Blackman of Glades Central will sign with FSU in an afternoon ceremony on campus.
No. 3 Jonathan Garvin of Lake Worth and No. 4 Amari Carter of Palm Beach Gardens already have enrolled at Miami, though Carter plans to sign at Palm Beach Gardens today.
