A standout in track and cross-country for the Hawks, Addison signed with the University of Pittsburgh on Thursday.
He finished his high school career as the district, county and regional champion in the 800 meters. He also was a state qualifier in cross-country.
Addison is the school record-holder in the 800 meters (1:56.9), and placed 13th in the event at the state meet.
He set a personal-best time of 1:54.39 in the event at the Golden South meet May 28. He finished seventh.
Addison was named to the Post’s 2016 Spring All-Conference Team for track and field.
