More than a half-dozen Palm Beach County boys basketball teams will travel to Coral Springs this weekend to compete in the South Florida Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Basketball Classic.

The three-day event will be held Friday, Saturday and Monday at Coral Springs Arena. Local teams scheduled to participate include Inlet Grove, Boca Raton, Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach Lakes, Oxbridge Academy, Dwyer and Cardinal Newman.
The competition also includes teams from Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
Play begins Friday at 4 p.m. Tickets are $10 per session.

5:30 p.m.: Inlet Grove vs. Douglas

10:30 a.m.: Palm Beach Gardens vs. Coconut Creek
12 p.m.: Palm Beach Lakes vs. Cardinal Gibbons
1:30 p.m.: Coral Gables vs. St. Thomas
3 p.m.: Saint Andrew’s vs. Oxbridge Academy
4:30 p.m.: Dwyer vs. Coral Springs High
6 p.m.: Miami Christian vs. Dillard
7:30 p.m.: Westminster Academy vs. Miami Norland
