Boys hoops: Grandview Prep remains No. 1; Dwyer, St. Andrew’s move up in top 10

Grandview Prep and St. Andrew’s maintained their unbeaten streaks heading into the winter break, while Dwyer won a pair of holiday tournament games.

The No. 1 Pride (9-0) and No. 3 Scots (12-0) won a combined four games last week. Both will be in action during the winter break. The No. 2 Panthers won a pair of games at the Kreul Classic, while No. 4 Wellington dropped a 65-62 decision to state-ranked Sarasota-Riverview at the City of Palms Tournament in Fort Myers.

There was little change in this week’s poll, with Dwyer and St. Andrew’s moving up a spot and John I. Leonard re-entering the poll at No. 10.

10. John I. Leonard (6-3): Lancers edge No. 5 Boca Raton
