As National Signing Day approaches, it’s time to release the third edition of PBgametime’s Class of 2016 Big Board.
The rankings, compiled by staff writers Jodie Wagner and Adam Lichtenstein, are determined using interviews with coaches, scouting services’ reports and notes collected from the football season.
