Five of Palm Beach County’s top small schools players were named to the Florida Association of Basketball Coaches/Source Hoops Class 3A and Class 4A Boys Basketball All-State teams Tuesday.
Benjamin guard and All-Area Small Schools Player of the Year Ben Lubarsky was the lone selection to the Class 4A team.

A first-team pick, the junior averaged 25 points, nine rebounds and two assists per game for the Bucs last season.
The Class 3A team included second-team selections Gethro Germinal of Jupiter Christian and Aytor Alberto of Lake Worth Christian; and third-team selections Brandon Brivio of Boca Raton Christian and Cody Forbes of Berean Christian.
Germinal, a junior guard, averaged 16 points and seven rebounds per game; Alberto, a senior guard, averaged 22 points and four assists; Brivio, a junior guard/forward, averaged 20 points and nine rebounds; and Forbes, a junior guard/forward, averaged 18 points and eight rebounds.
Players were selected based on in-person evaluations, a review of All-Area teams selected by state media, and recognition from the FABC.
