Wellington athlete Mark-Antony Richards is in the running to land the cover of the 2018 Friday Night Football Florida Magazine.
The rising senior is one of 23 football players from throughout the state that are competing for four cover slots.

He is the only Palm Beach County finalist, and one of five from South Florida.
The others are former American Heritage wide receiver John Dunmore, who’s now at Hollywood-Chaminade Madonna; Fort Lauderdale-Cardinal Gibbons defensive end Khris Bogle; Plantation-American Heritage linebacker Andy Garcia; and Homestead-South Dade cornerback Tyrique Stevenson.

Richards, who is rated a four-star prospect by 247Sports Composite, holds numerous offers from Power 5 schools, among them Florida, Miami, Georgia and Auburn.
He was a Palm Beach Post All-Area First Team selection last season after compiling 756 rushing yards, 240 receiving yards and over 1,100 return yards. He also recorded 56 tackles, three interceptions and a pair of forced fumbles.
Richards is rated the No. 4 athlete in the nation, and the No. 42 overall player in the Class of 2019.
