We’re getting closer to the end of the regular season, and district races are heating up.

Three weeks remain until postseason tournaments tip off, and there are plenty of good games yet to be played. We look at a few of them below.

Dwyer and Miles Coleman (No. 4), in a game last season against Miclenby Geffrard (No. 30) and Suncoast, maintained the top spot in this week’s boys basketball Top 10. The Chargers are No. 8. (Damon Higgins/Palm Beach Post)

As for our top 10, there was little movement near the top. Dwyer, Wellington, Lake Worth and Forest Hill went unbeaten last week to maintain the top four spots, respectively.

Spanish River moved up to No. 5 following a trio of district wins last week. Atlantic is No. 6, followed by Santaluces, Suncoast, Inlet Grove and St. Andrew’s.

The Scots, who play a tough game against Saint John Paul II Academy on Tuesday, enter the Top 10 for the first time this season.

Palm Beach Post Top 10

1. Dwyer (17-1)
2. Wellington (18-0)
3. Lake Worth (15-1)
4. Forest Hill (17-1)
5. Spanish River (13-4)
6. Atlantic (10-8)
7. Santaluces (13-5)
8. Suncoast (12-5)
9. Inlet Grove (13-5)
10. St. Andrew’s (12-5)
Also considered: Boca Raton (10-7); Palm Beach Lakes (7-6); Saint John Paul II Academy (9-3); Grandview Prep (13-1); Jupiter Christian (14-4); Oxbridge Academy (11-8); Benjamin (12-7)

This week’s best games:

No. 3 Lake Worth (15-1) at No. 5 Spanish River (13-4), 7:30 p.m. Tuesday: The Sharks play a pair of key District 10-9A contests this week, beginning with this matchup at home against a surging Trojans team that knocked off district rivals Santaluces and Boca Raton last week. Lake Worth and its stable of talented guards have dominated, with senior Japhet Medor pouring in a game-high 25 points in a win against the Bobcats on Friday. But the Trojans face a tough test against Spanish River, which has won three consecutive district games. These teams met once before, with Lake Worth winning by 12 points at home last month.

No. 6 Atlantic (10-8) at No. 5 Spanish River (13-4), 7:30 p.m. Friday: The Eagles got the best of the Sharks in their first matchup of the season, winning 78-68 Jan. 9. Since, Spanish River has beaten three straight district opponents, with Malacai Davis scoring 23 points and Jashone Anderson adding 16 in a 9-point win over Park Vista on Friday. Atlantic has won its last four district games, with three of those wins – against Spanish River, Lake Worth, and Santaluces – coming against ranked teams.

No. 7  Santaluces (13-5) at No. 9 Inlet Grove (13-5), 7:30 p.m. Saturday: The Chiefs stumbled last week in district play, dropping a pair of games to Lake Worth and Atlantic. They play two more district games this week – against Park Vista and Boca Raton – before facing a ranked Hurricanes team that has won four of its past five games. Senior guard Dante Moses has been stellar for Inlet Grove, averaging nearly 26 points per game. These teams met way back in November, with Santaluces winning 69-60.
