High school football teams throughout the state will have the opportunity to take in some live college football this weekend.
Florida Atlantic University has announced it will provide complimentary admission to Saturday’s home football game for all Florida high school football teams, many of which had their games canceled because of Hurricane Irma.

The Owls play Bethune-Cookman University, with kickoff scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at FAU Stadium.
High school football players or teams wishing to attend the game are asked to click on the pre-registration link for step-by-step instructions here.
Pre-registration is necessary to receive the complimentary admission, and must be received by 8 p.m. Friday.
Parking lots will open at 2:30 p.m. Stadium gates will open at 4:30 p.m. for premium seat holders, and 5 p.m. for students and the general public.
Palm Beach County football teams have not played a game in two weeks. Schools were closed Sept. 7 as Hurricane Irma approached, and are expected to reopen Monday. Practices will resume that day.
