Five Palm Beach County teams were listed in the FloridaHSFootball.com preseason football rankings released last week.
Atlantic, Park Vista and Dwyer were named to the top 10 in their classifications, while Oxbridge Academy and Pahokee were listed among the top 5. Glades Central and King’s Academy were considered ‘on the bubble’ teams.

All seven teams open the season Friday.
In Class 8A, Atlantic is ranked No. 9, and Park Vista is No. 10; Dwyer is No. 8 in Class 7A; Oxbridge Academy is No. 4 in Class 3A; and Pahokee is No. 3 in Class 1A.
