Taylor, who was a USA Today All-American as a Gators’ senior and later rushed for more than 2,000 yards at Florida, most recently played with the Kansas City Chiefs.

He was a sixth-round draft pick of the San Francisco 49ers in the 2016 NFL draft, and later spent time in Seattle and Kansas City.

As a junior at Glades Day, Taylor broke Emmitt Smith’s state record for career rushing yards. He finished his high school career with 12,121 rushing yards and 191 touchdowns.

He was the Post’s All-Area small schools Offensive Player of the Year in 2012, and went on to star at Florida.

Taylor is the son of former NFL running back Fred Taylor, who rushed for 11,695 yards during his 13-year career with the Jaguars and Patriots.
