Palm Beach County was well-represented on the FABC/Source Hoops Boys Basketball Class 9A All-State Team.
Four area players were named to the team, which was released Saturday.
Players were selected based on in-person evaluations, a review of all-area teams selected by media from around the state, and recognition from the Florida Association of Basketball Coaches.
Wellington guard Trent Frazier, the Post’s two-time All-Area Big Schools Player of the Year, was a first-team selection.
Frazier averaged a career-best 27.6 points, 6.3 rebounds and 4.4 assists this season, and helped lead the Wolverines to the Class 9A state semifinals. He will play college basketball at Illinois.
Lake Worth senior guard Josh Rathell, who helped lead the Trojans to a regional semifinals berth, was a second-team selection. Boca Raton junior guard Cade Long and Atlantic junior guard Rodwens Albert were third-team picks.
Rathell, Long and Albert were 2017 All-Area first-team selections.
