Two more Palm Beach County football recruits announced their commitments Sunday, while another shut down his recruitment on what has been a busy day in the area.

Dwyer linebacker Emmanuel Yisrael announced his commitment to Florida A&M, and Jupiter quarterback Alex Piccirilli followed with a pledge to Stetson. Both announced their intentions via Twitter.

Also, Oxbridge Academy defensive back Traivon Leonard said through Twitter he was shutting down his recruitment and would stick with Auburn.

Piccirilli is the 35th-ranked player on the Post’s Class of 2017 Big Board. He competed in the LRSIF All-Star Game last week at John I. Leonard High School.

Yisrael, who helped carry Dwyer to the District 13-7A championship and a berth in the regional semifinals, is No. 41.

Leonard, a three-star recruit who committed to Auburn in December, is No. 8.

National Signing Day is Feb. 1, and just a handful of Palm Beach County’s top players remain uncommitted.

The Post’s top 18 players have announced their commitments or enrolled early, while just 22 of the top 55 remain uncommitted.

American Heritage defensive end/tight end Noah Curtis, No. 10 on the Big Board, announced his commitment to FIU on Saturday.
