The Benjamin School will honor four of its longtime staff members during its home football game Friday.

Delores Colton, Toby Harbeck, Ron Ream and Linda Ream will be inducted into the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame during a halftime ceremony. The Bucs host Fort Lauderdale-Westminster Academy in a Southeastern Football Conference contest. Kickoff is set for 7:15 p.m.
Here are their bios:
Delores Colton – Colton began coaching at Benjamin in 1974. During her 42-year career, she has coached volleyball, girls soccer, cheerleading and boys and girls tennis. She continues to coach the boys and girls tennis teams. Colton’s teams have won numerous district, regional and state championships during her long career. She was inducted into the Palm Beach County Sports Hall of Fame in 2007.
Toby Harbeck – Harbeck began coaching at Benjamin in 1984. During his 32-year career, he has coached boys golf, football and boys soccer as well as middle school baseball and JV football. He continues to coach the Bucs’ boys golf team, and also is the middle school athletic director. His boys golf teams have compiled a 396-74-5 record during his tenure, with the 2009 team winning the state championship.
Linda Ream – Ream came to Benjamin in 1987, and has served as an athletic administrative assistant. She retired in 2010. Her duties included eligibility management, scheduling, sports award programs, booster club, special athletic awards, consent form management, and more.
Ron Ream – Ream began coaching at Benjamin in 1975. During his 41-year career, he has coached football and baseball, and also has been an assistant football, baseball and basketball coach. He also served as the school’s athletic director from 1981-2010, and has taught math since 1975. He continues to coach the Bucs’ varsity football team. During his coaching career, Ream has won 22 district titles (10 football, 12 baseball) and also was a state runner-up four times (football). He was inducted into the Palm Beach County Sports Hall of Fame in 2000.
