The postseason honors keep rolling in for St. Andrew’s combo guard Anthony Polite, who was named to the FABC/Source Hoops Class 4A All-State First Team Tuesday afternoon.
The heavily recruited junior, who averaged 22 points, eight rebounds and three steals last season in leading the Scots to the regional finals, recently was named the Post’s All-Area Small Schools Boys Basketball Player of the Year.
St. Andrew’s finished 26-2.
Joining Polite on the All-State Team are Cardinal Newman junior guard K.J. Fitzgerald, who was named to the Second Team, and King’s Academy senior guard David Neese, who was selected to the Third Team.

Neese, who scored over 1,300 points during his varsity basketball career, averaged a team-high 23 points and seven rebounds for the Lions last season.
